We operate as an independent contractor with our clients.  We charge a flat monthly rate* that includes the following services:

Upkeep of medical billing database

HIPPA compliant record storage and destruction

Monthly and special request reporting

Customized statements

Postage and insurance forms

Fees for electronic claims submissions

*This flat rate is computed on a monthly basis from the accounts receivable totals.  Certain other amounts are included in this computation and are spelled out in detail in our contract.

Do you have unresolved credentialing issues?  Do you want to become a provider for insurance companies?  We can help you keep your practice on track with an hourly rate basis or as a monthly service.  Prices vary for services due to the complexity and size of your practice.  Call for details.

All of our clients receive monthly and "as requested" reports of their practice data.  End of year reports are comprehensive and organized to make it easy for you to manage tax issues.  1099 forms are generated and supplied to your practice if payment levels to Advantage Medical Billing during a current year require such reporting.  We want to make it as easy as possible for you to handle running your practice.
